PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain circuit connection with a customer side terminal by quickly deciding a connectable operator side terminal from among a plurality of operator side terminals. SOLUTION: A set information file F1 in which the correspondence of a customer side terminal to any one of a plurality of operator side terminals is set is preliminarily registered in the customer side terminal. Then, the set information file F1 is read at the customer side terminal (S102), and the operator side terminal corresponding to the customer side terminal is decided (S105). Then, the operator side terminal decided from among the plurality of operator side terminals is connected through a line with the customer side terminal. |
