PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain conversion into an SGML(standard generalization marking language) by the same processing method even when an index mark is different in each document by preparing a document by using a template by which a document can be easily prepared according to a logical structure. SOLUTION: Structure and style data 102a are stored in a structure and style data file 102 by analyzing document type definition data 101a, and structure and style data 102a are stored in a structure and style data file 102 by analyzing style setting data. A template 105a is prepared from the structure and style data 102a. Then, the structure and style data 102a is stored in the structure and style data file 102 by analyzing style setting data 103a, converted data 108a are stored in a converted data file 108 by analyzing document data 107a, and the converted data 108a are stored in the converted data file 108 by analyzing the structure and style 102a. Then, SGML document data 110a are prepared by operating marking based on the converted 108a. |
