PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and easily enforce the correction of sensitivity of each sensor constitution an array sensor. SOLUTION: In the sensitivity correcting method for an array sensor 12 correcting detection sensitivity of each sensor constituting the array sensor 12 detecting physical quantity of each location in a subject 4 by each sensor 11, pseudo physical quantity for correction on all the sensors 11 is imparted to the array sensor 12, the output of each sensor 11 is detected in a state that the array sensor 12 is located at a reference location, the outputs are stored and held, the array sensor 12 is moved to a location shifted by a part corresponding to one sensor in the arraying direction of each sensor 11 from the reference location, the output of each sensor 11 after the array sensor 12 is moved is detected, the outputs are stored and held, and a sensitivity correction between each sensor 11 in which each pertinent output can be obtained is performed so that outputs each other obtained at the same measuring location of each output stored and held of each sensor 11 may be equal. |
