PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To given information on the non-matching to callers, to automatically retransmit data information and to improve the reliability of data by receiving data information in a terminal station, mutually comparing data information of respective routes and detecting non-matching. SOLUTION: Tidal wave information is transmitted toward a terminal station 2 from a master station 1 with a ground system and a satellite system. The terminal station 2 displays tidal wave information arriving at the satellite system or the ground system on a tidal wave display board 3. When tidal wave information which arrives later differs from tidal wave information which arrives before, the terminal station 2 transmits non-matching information to the master station 1. The master station 1 receiving non-matching information transmits tidal wave information to the terminal station 2. The terminal station 2 compares again received tidal wave information. When they are matched, the transmission of non-matching information is stopped. |
