PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the height of strings without grinding a string receiving member. SOLUTION: The pickup device 10 and string receiving member 8 are put in a metallic case 20. This case 20 is stored in the storage part 9 of a lower nut 3 so that it can move up and down. Further, the case 20 is provided with an adjusting screw 22, which is screwed in a screw hole 27 of a plate 24 provided on the back side of a top plate 1A. When the adjusting screw 22 is rotated, the case 20 moves up or down in the storage part 9, so that the height of the strings 2 is adjusted. |
