<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which can be automatically started while dealing with even the heating state of dies or the dispersion of raw materials and further can continue operation even when a target value or the like is changed during automatic start. SOLUTION: A 1st manipulated variable calculating means 3 calculates a 1st manipulated variable based on an applied 1st starting manipulated variable, 1st target manipulated variable and 1st interpolation parameter. A 2nd manipulated variable calculating means 5 calculates a 2nd manipulated variable based on an applied 2nd starting manipulated variable, 2nd target manipulated variable, 2nd interpolation parameter, correlation information and 1st manipulated variable. A state amount acquiring means 9 acquires a state amount expressing the state of controlled system at a current time point. A judging means 11 predictively judges whether the state amount is deviated from the applied target state amount at the time point of initial control completion or not from the transition of state amount in the past. A recalculating command means 13 outputs a command to the manipulated variable calculating means so as to calculate the manipulated variables again at respective time points from the relevant time point to the time point of initial control completion while using a corrected interpolation parameter based on the quantity of deviation.</p> |
