<p>The invention concerns novel calixarenes of formula (I) in which: R1 represents a crown ether chain comprising at least two aryl or cycloalkyl rings; R2 is a hydroxyl or alcoxy group, or both R2 together form a crown ether chain like R?1; and R3¿ represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. The calixarenes are used for the selective extraction of caesium from aqueous solutions, with particularly high concentration of sodium.</p> |
