A ROOF-TOP, SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE

A roof-top snow removal device comprises a strip having a longitudinally extending, smooth, water repellent, lubricity to snow exhibiting, upper surface, and, say, cushioned weights for holding one end of the strip against movement. The strip is laid to extend downwardly, along an inclined roof with the cushions holding the upper end of the strip over the roof ridge. Snow shoveled on the strip will slip downwardly therealong and off the roof, while the cushions will hold the strip against movement down the roof. The strip may be of polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene with a fabric backing.
