<p>A ceiling, floor or wall construction (7) is provided with a first opening (11). A plate-shaped element (1) is provided with fixing means, by means of which the element can be fixed on an existing surface (7a) of the unit so that an opening (2) in the element is aligned with the first opening. The plate-shaped element (1) includes a seal (3) extending into the opening in the element. An element, for example a conduit (12), is inserted into the above-mentioned openings (2, 11) so that the seal (3) of the plate-shaped element forms a seal against the outside (12a) of the element. The element is also designed to be sealed against the above-mentioned surface (7a) on the unit (7) using sealing means (10) (flexible joint/silicone joint).</p> |
