<p>A spray nozzle (500) having a grip (502), a nose (504) having a spray end (506), a valve housing (550) defining a closed end, an inlet port (552) and an outlet port (568) and a valve (588) mounted within the housing (550). The valve (588) has a flow portion (590), a first seal (594) on one side of the flow portion (590) and a second seal (598) on another side of the flow portion (590). The valve (588) has a first position wherein the valve (588) prevents the flow of fluid between the inlet port (552) and the outlet port (568) and a second position wherein the valve (588) permits the flow of fluid between the inlet port (552) and the outlet port (568). The first seal (594) and the second seal (598) are positioned to one side of the inlet port (552) in the first position and the first seal (594) and the second seal (598) are positioned on opposite sides of the inlet port (552) and the outlet port (568) in the second position.</p> |
