FM multiple signals received through an antenna (12) and demodulated in an FM tuner section (14) are inputted to an FM multiple decoding section (15) in which base-band signals are extracted from the signals. A CPU (40) of a personal computer (120) reconstitutes program data based on the extracted base-band signals. The CPU (40) starts the reconstitution of the program data after the CPU (40) instructs network switching and receives a prescribed number of packet data.
