<p>A method of forming a moving block of a rolling motion guiding device, which prevents formation of burrs in the rolling element pathway groove and which can accurately position the moving block body in the molding die. The positioning of the moving block body in the width, height and length directions is performed by using a general surface other than the rolling element pathway groove in the moving block body. This prevents the rolling element pathway grooves from being scored. At least the both ends or the side edges of the rolling element pathway groove are gate-cut so as to prevent ingress of the molding material into the rolling element pathway groove. <IMAGE></p> |
