Method for scheduling satellite requests by constrained simulated annealing

The method uses a program formulated by building up successive stages. Each stage includes one or more photographic opportunity, and is tested against a program quality measure (E). This quality measure is enunciated by the user (4), and progress from one stage of the plan to the next is determined by a metaheuristic probabilistic law of the simulated rerun type (5), such that a simple improvement of the program quality measure is accepted, but a diminution may also be accepted with an exponential probability which is a function of the change in program quality measure and a controlled (7) quantity known as the temperature.
