PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an ascent and a descent by providing a notch from the entering rail of a vestibule to a part of a floor, and providing several stairs or an inclined plate at the notch section from the floor toward the dirt floor. SOLUTION: A notch with the width of about 1 (m) and the length of about 1 (m) is provided at a part of a floor from the enter rail of a vestibule, and several stairs constituted of treads 1 with the step of about 5-10cm are formed at the notch section from the floor toward the dirt floor, or spiral stairs constituted of the treads 1 are provided at the notch section of the rising rail, or a rail plate applied with an antislip paint or an inclined plate stuck with a rubber sheet having an antislip function on a substrate is fitted. A person can ascend and descend the stairs without particularly feeling the level difference between the vestibule floor and the dirt floor. |
