PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of capping the last of the tiptoe part of an inner without generating looseness or excessive elongation at a boot manufacturing process, regarding a boot with an inner. SOLUTION: A cylindrical inner material 2' is extended to set a virtual baseline L1 , a virtual oblique line L3 , a start point P1 , an end point P2 and a virtual curve L3 , respectively thereon. In addition, an angle θ1 formed with the virtual oblique line L2 and the virtual baseline L1 is set at a value exceeding 45 degrees and, then, the inner material 2' is cut and thermally fused along the virtual curve L3 . As a result, the outline of an inner tiptoe part is shaped to the outline of a tiptoe and the inner is capped to a last smoothly. |
