PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a recording image to a cloth by a less operation process at a low temperature under a low pressure in a short time by a method wherein a transparent adhesive layer is a mixture of polyamide resin of a specific temperature softening point and under a specific value melt viscosity which is excellent in water resistance, heat fusibility, and heat adhesion, and an inorganic pigment. SOLUTION: An image transfer sheet is manufactured wherein a partition sheet 3 is at first manufactured by forming a release layer 2 by applying and drying an application liquid for the release layer which is excellent in adhesion to a base material 1 and a parting property from an adhesive layer 4 on the base material 1, the adhesive layer 4 having a mixture of polyamide resin and inorganic pigment as principal components is formed on a surface of the release layer 2, and further coating liquid forming an ink receiving layer 5 is applied by drying further onto that. Then, as the adhesive layer 4, polyamide resin is principal component, and as the polyamide resin, especially that of 90-100 deg.C softening point and under 500mpa's/200 deg.C melt viscosity is preferable. Thereby, a recording image is firmly bonded onto a surface of a cloth. |
