PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience caused by intrusion of liquid by a method wherein intrusion of liquid into a cylinder from a container is prevented at its origin with a suction valve forcibly closed at a stage where unused articles are being distributed, and to simplify the structure therefor. SOLUTION: The liquid-ejecting pump is constructed in a structure wherein the pump is operated through a tubular plunger 4 with a push-down nozzle head 5 moved upward and downward. The structure is also such a one wherein a rod 8 is loosely inserted into the plunger 4 with its upper end connected to a valve body 9 of a delivery valve 7 and its lower end positioned being opposite to the upside of a valve body 10 of a suction valve 6 and a projection 13 is hung down from the top wall 12 of the push-down nozzle head 5 with its lower end positioned being opposite to the upside of the valve body 9 of the delivery valve 7, and thereby the valve body 10 of the suction valve 6 is forcibly closed mechanically by the projection 13 through the rod 8 and the valve body 9 of the delivery valve 7 at the lower limit of down-moving of the push-down nozzle head 5. |
