<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball which increases a carry, and gives excellent feeling at the time of hitting without decreasing repulsion characteristics by making a hollow solid golf ball comprising a hollow core and a core layer. SOLUTION: This hollow solid golf ball is composed of a hollow cover 5 and a cover formed on the core, where the cover has two-layered cover constitution comprising an inner cover layer 3 and an outer cover layer 4. The hallow core 5 is composed of a hollow part 1 having a diameter of 5-22mm, and a hollow core outer layer 2 excluding the hollow part. The hollow core outer layer 2 is formed by vulcanized molding cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber as base rubber, a metallic salt of a part or the whole unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a rubber composition containing an organic peroxide. The inner cover layer 3 contains a filler of high specific gravity and has specific gravity of 1-3.</p> |
