PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fine regulation without effecting machining for regulation of the weight of a balance weight, in regulation of an unbalance amount of a rotary body. SOLUTION: A plural screw holes 3 are formed in a disc 1 radially around a rotary axis 4 and set screws 2 serving as a balance weight are joined in a screwed-in state in the respective screw holes 3 in a manner to effect a stop and holding in an arbitrary position. In this case, the center of gravity initial stage position of the set screw 2 is positioned at a distance of (r) from the center of the disc 1 and by rotating the disc 1 around the rotary central axis 4, a balance state is measured. By radially changing the position of the set screw 2 by±Δr, based on the measuring result, the balance of the disc 1 is regulated.
