摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating of a fiber when the fiber is kneaded with a cement and to improve impact strength and bending strength of a cement formed body by depositing a fiber treating agent comprising polyoxyalkylene alkyl phenyl ether phosphate and polyoxyalkylene fatty acid ester on a polypropylene fiber. SOLUTION: A fiber treating agent is prepared by compounding 60 to 40wt.% polyoxyalkylene alkyl phenyl ether phosphate expressed by formula I (R1 is an 8-12C alkyl-substd. phenyl group, R2 is ethylene, 1,2-propylene, x is 2 for monoester and 1 for diester), and 40 to 60wt.% polyoxyalkylene fatty acid ester expressed by formula II (R3 is a 12-20C alkyl or aryl group). The obtd. fiber treating agent is deposited by 0.1 to 10wt.% on a polypropylene fiber having >=4g/d tensile strength and 3 to 30mm fiber length which is produced by spinning a polypropylene having >=0.95 isotactic pendat rate and 0.1 to 50g/10min melt flow rate.
