PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which can simply implement a process in which in the molding technology of wood-plastic, a grain pattern is not too strong, the occurrence of defective molding is controlled, and the display of the grain pattern is also secured. SOLUTION: In the extrusion molding of wood-plastic in which wood powder is mixed with a resin, to control extrusion pressure applied to a resin material, after the melting and before the delivery of the material, the material is molded to increase the extrusion pressure continuously. For example, an extrusion pressure controller in which the passage of the material is formed to narrow continuously toward a mold side is provided. |
