PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional picture image easily and at a high speed. SOLUTION: A F-face image data F(X, Z) and L-face image data L(Y, Z) together with the anglesΘphotographing these faces are read from a recording device 21, and are binarized by an image value processor 22, and the X and Y values of the combination of (X, Z), (Y, Z) with regard to the same Z value in which a pixel value is '1' is sent to a rectangular/polar coordinates converter 23 so as to be converted into a polar coordinates (R,θ), and the, afterΘis added toθ, it is sent to a parameter space recording device 25 for adding 1 to the address of (R,θ, Z).
