SOLUTION: The NATTO consists of the NATTO bacteria (desirably, Bacillus subtilis Natto To-9 stubs (FERM P-13164)) and the NATTO acterium culture liquid which is the metabolic substance so as to contain function substance being useful for the human body. The medium of the NATTO bacterium culture liquid can be anything when a component for excellently keeping the growth and activation of the NATTO bacteria is contained. That is, sugar such as cane sugar, a fructose and a glucose, etc., is adopted as a carbon source and glutamine acid, soybean meal, etc., and other minerals are adopted as a nitrogen source, for example, as the component of the medium.
