PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a case for package and the ultrasonic welding method thereof which does not damage an article contained in the inside and which can be easily welded with ultrasonic wave even when the case is thin and deep in the half case of the side directly applied with ultrasonic wave vibration or the case is constituted of three or more cases divided. SOLUTION: This thin case 100 is constituted of a deep bottom-side half case body 110A in which energy directions 115 and slits or the like are formed at the welding face of the opening and a shallow cover-side half case body 120 in which receivers 121 to which the energy directions 115 can be fitted and engaging claws 122 are formed. In this ultrasonic welding method, after articles have been contained, both bodies are fitted and ultrasonic wave vibration is applied from the upper side of the bottom-side half case 110A and from the fitted side or the diagonal side by ultrasonic horns 1A, 1B to melt the resin and unify the bodies. |
