<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a warpage correction of the periphery of a hollow molded article, and render welding easy in intermediate molded articles. SOLUTION: The resin welding process in such that intermediate molded articles 38 incorporated by putting a pair of mold 50 (lower mold) and a mold 52 (upper mold) of a welding press in proximity with each other are pressed over, and the peripheral parts of the resin layers 36 of the intermediate molded articles 38 incorporated are welded mutually, in which, for example, via ribs 54 provided on the peripheral parts of the intermediate molded articles, the ribs 54 are moved forward and rearward by a correction tool 55 so as to correct the peripheral parts of the resin layers 36 of the intermediate molded articles 38, so that the peripheral parts of the resin layers 36 of the intermediate molded articles 38 are superimposed and welded with each other positively.</p> |
