PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a molding beautiful and of high quality without generating a burr around the hole of the molding when a panel having a hole in a shape is formed by injection compression molding. SOLUTION: A preceding transfer mold 3 protruding to part of a cavity 6 is installed in one mold 2 of an injection compression molding mold, when a resin 7 is injection-packed, a pressure which makes the end of the mold 3 contact the cavity forming surface 5a of the other mold 5 is applied to the mold 3. A shaping skin 1 having a hole which is made by preliminary molding is arranged so that the hole 1b of the skin is positioned around the mold 3, after mold clamping to make the end part of the mold 3 contact the cavity inner surface of the opposite mold, a core material resin 7 is injection-packed in the cavity 6. Next, pressure for compression molding is applied to shape and cure the packed resin. |
