PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production of a resin skin having a certain thickness free from variation by accurately refilling a powder material by an amount equal to a reduction amount resulting from consumption so as to always maintain the amount of the powder material inside a reseve tank at a certain level. SOLUTION: In this forming method, reserve tanks 40a, 40b and a slush forming mold 41 are made integral with each other and rotated together so that powder 12 is introduced into the slush forming mold 41, after a predetermined amount of powder 12 is consumed, a space portion 10 and a powder accommodating portion 11 are separated via a filter 9 adapted to allow only air to permeate therethrough so as to define at least two sections, and a container member is caused to sink in the powder accommodating portion 11 to scoop it up, while making the powder 12 fluidable by sending compressed air sealed in the space portion 10. Thereafter, the powder 12 filling the container member is moved to the reserve tanks 40a, 40b for supply them with the powder, whereby the powder equal to that used can be refilled. |
