PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support parts trays each other without swelling upward, by providing separating bodies parting rays each other when the trays are stacked, at the opposite sides of the tray and providing point-support bodies at a plurality of positions separated from each other on the superposed faces of the separating bodies. SOLUTION: The tray body 5 has a flat plane form made of synthetic resin with a thickness of about 15-20mm. Separating bodies 6 integrally formed at opposite sides of the tray body 5 have stepped faces 5a loading an article. Plastic point support bodies 8a, 8b,... having a height of about 1mm and a diameter of about 3mm are formed at three positions separated from each other on the superposed faces 6a, 6b of the separating bodies 6, the recessed faces 6a of the separating bodies 6 for instance. The height and the diameter of the point support bodies 8a, 8b,... may be about 1-2mm and 3-5mm respectively to absorb warps of the trays in any case. A mechanical strength enough to withstand the load of trays stacked in multiple stages is given. |
