PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent drip-preventing effect and capable of coping with the recycling of containers by including a silicon-containing organic fluoropolymer having a specific structure. SOLUTION: This composition contains a silicon-containing organic fluoropolymer (having a molecular weight of preferably 5×10<2> to 1×10<5> ) having a silicon-containing group bonded with hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable substituent and a perfluoroether chain and expressed preferably by the formula (Rf is a perfluoroalkyl; Z is fluorine or a trifluoroalkyl; (a) to (e) are each independently 0 or an integer of >=1 and a+b+c+d+e>=1; Y is H or a 1-4C alkyl; X is H, Br or I; R<1> is H, etc.; R<2> is H or a univalent hydrocarbon group; (l) is 0, 1 or 2; (m) is 1, 2 or 3; (n) is an integer of >=1). Dripping of liquid from a liquid container can be prevented by coating the inner and outer faces and the end face near the liquid-discharging part of the liquid container with the composition.
