<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a shaft for a golf club which is made of fiber reinforced plastics of an ultra light weight and high intensity and whose shape of tip part is bent. SOLUTION: This method consists of the process of detachably attaching a pin 2 of an outer diameter smaller than a mandrel 1 to one tip 1A of the mandrel 1 and mounting a coil member 3 of a prescribed length to the outer peripheral of this pin 2, the process of winding a pre-preg being a shaft material around the outer peripherals of the mandrel 1 and the member 3, the process of detaching the pin 2 from the mandrel 1 and bending the member 3 to make a desirable shape, and a process heating and hardening the pre-preg.</p> |
