PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woody composition containing a polyolefin, a cellulosic filler, a modifier, an inorganic filler and a blowing agent, which can give molded wood freed from disadvantages such as discoloration and lowered mechanical strength inexpensively by a simple means by using a silicone-modified cellulose as the cellulosic filler. SOLUTION: The silicone-modified cellulose is obtained by infiltrating an alcohol into cellulose, adding a resin compatible with a polyolefin and a siloxane polymer to the cellulose and reacting them. The mixing ratio is desirably 25-85wt.% polyolefin/5-51wt.% silicone-modified cellulose/2-15wt.% modifier/5-30 wt.% inorganic filler/0.1-2wt.% blowing agent. It is desirable that the blowing agent used is combination of heat-decomposable organic and inorganic blowing agents in an organic blowing agent/inorganic blowing agent ratio of 5/95 to 50/50. |
