PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate provided with the high grade resistance to chemicals not generating the color change nor blister when exposed to nitric acid water solution and suitable as a tunnel interior plate. SOLUTION: A resin film of total film thickness of 36μm or more composed of a prime coat film layer, an intercoat film and a top coat film layer is formed on the surface of a metal plate treated by chemical conversion, and the prime coat film layer is an epoxy resin film, and an intercoat film layer is formed of a coating material containing acrylic resin of glass transition temperature of 70-110 deg.C of 50-99wt.% as a main agent and a block isocyanate compound of 1-50wt.%, and the top coat film layer is formed of a coating material containing organic resin (for example, siloxane resin) containing active hydrogen of 50-99wt.% as a main agent and a block isocyanate compound of 1-55wt.% as a crosslinking agent. |
