PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform proper control of respective apparatuses suitable for a road condition or the like of a detected travel position by detecting a position of a vehicle, judging an attribute of its detected position or a nearby position by map data, and controlling the apparatuses corresponding to its judged attribute. SOLUTION: When a tunnel judging part 11b judges that it is travel of a tunnel section (or when judged that it is not a tunnel section), corresponding control signals are generated by a monitor brightness control part 11c, a monitor sound volume control part 11d and an audio sound volume control part 11e. Luminance of an image displayed by a display 17 is controlled in two stages of at least a bright condition and a dark condition by the control signal generated by the monitor brightness control part 11c. A sound volume outputted from a loudspeaker of a voice output part 18 is controlled in two stages of at least a small sound volume condition and a large sound volume condition by the control signal generated by the monitor sound volume control part 11d. |
