PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing jelly food containing heated and sterilized high-quality flesh grated tissues. SOLUTION: A previously sterilized solution A containing a sol having characteristics to be gelled by the existence of metal ion and a sol having characteristics to be gelled by cooling is prepared, next, a previously sterilized solution B containing metal salt is added and stirred and the flesh grated tissues are formed and cooled so that the jelly food containing flesh grated tissues can be produced. The flesh grated tissue can be also provided by containing the metal salt in the previously sterilized solution containing the sol having the characteristics to be gelled by cooling, adding the previously sterilized sol having the characteristics to be gelled by the existence of metal into this solution, and stirring them. |
