PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food component for preventing the degradation of health for dealing with the attack of electromagnetic waves such as ultraviolet rays to be increased corresponding to the expansion of ozone layer destruction year by year. SOLUTION: While using a spirulina as a starting material, its water extract is mainly used so as to smooth absorptivity and drainability and further, water to be used for that extraction is provided with magnetism so as to improve extract contents and to more sufficiently provide target effects. In this case, the spirulina belongs to the order oscillatoriales of the class cyanophyceae and is based on bacteria, and any conventionally edible spirulina can be used but it is most preferable that spirulina maxima is to be used. |
