摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent teeth of an outer gear by specifying a difference in the number of teeth between an internal gear and the outer gear, and setting cycloids in such a relationship that the cycloids expressed by specific equations are rotated and deviated. SOLUTION: Assuming that Z2 represents the number of teeth of an inner gear; Z1, the number of teeth of an outer gear; and (e), an eccentricity between the gears, a difference Z2-Z1 in the number of teeth between the gears is three or more, (Z2-Z1)/Z2 is an irreducible number, and cycloids are expressed by the following equations: X=e.cosθ+R.cosθ.(Z2-Z1)/Z2 and Y=e.sinθ+ R.sinθ.(Z2-Z1)/Z2 in such a relationship that the cycloids are rotated and deviated with respect to each other. The teeth can be obtained in an easy-to- handle position where the position of a bisector of the outer gear is located on an X-axis and a Y-axis according to the rotation and deviation. Good teeth of the outer gear can be obtained in the case where the difference Z2-Z1 in the number of teeth is three or more, thus increasing the thickness of a crescent- shaped seal piece.
