PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silage with excellent taste from a high moisture content food by-product by preventing excessive energy consumption without rottening the high moisture content food by-product. SOLUTION: The silage is obtained by supplying the moisture content food by-product where moisture content is more than 70(wt.)% to a mixer 40 by a second pipe 38, etc., supplying a low moisture auxiliary material which is carried by air to be mixed with the moisture content food by-product to the mixer 40 by the first pipe 36, etc., distributing a mixture body which is air- stirred by the mixer 40 into anaerobic portable containers 62 and 64 by distributors 52 and 54, etc., and fermenting the mixture body in containers 62 and 64 for 7-100 days. |
