PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin lotion that has the effect of promoting the metabolism activity of dermal fibroblast cells, can prevent and improve skin aging symptoms as well as anti-inflammatory and wound-healing action acceleration. SOLUTION: This skin lotion contains, as active ingredient, a mucilaginous substance secreted by pearl shells as Pinctada martensii, Pinctada margaritifera, Pinctada maxima, Hyriopsis schlegeli, in an amount of 0.01-5wt.%. This mucilaginous substance can be prepared to lotion, emulsion, gel, cream, ointment, skin cosmetic, make-up cosmetic and body cosmetic. This application activates the metabolism of dermal fibroblast cells to effectively prevent or improve occurrence of skin wrinkles and stain caused by a variety of stresses as aging or ultraviolet rays and deterioration of skin elasticity. |
