PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous patch agent capable of improving moisture retention of skin and continuing a high moisture retention state of the skin for a long time after peeling by pasting onto the skin. SOLUTION: This percutaneous patch agent is formulated with at least one kind of extract selected from seaweed belonging to families Ulvaceae, Gracilariaceae, Gelidiaceae, Solieriaceae, Laminariaceae, Alariaceae, Sargassaceae, Fucaceae, Gloiopeltidaceae, Monostromataceae, Codiaceae, Bangiaceae, Gigartinaceae, Bonnemaisoniaceae, Hypneaceae, Chordariaceae, Nemacystaceae, Durvilleaceae, Lessoniaceae and Rhodymeniaceae as an active component for improving and keeping moisture retention of skin. |
