SOLUTION: Raking girders N at both the right and left positions are formed with an upper girder 1 on the upper side and a lower girder 2 on the lower side arranged in parallel in the side face skew state, multiple treads 3 are horizontally suspended between the upper girder 1 and lower girder 2, and both the right and left end sections are pivotally fitted. A hook metal H connected to the upper end sections of the upper girder 1 and lower girder 2 and hooked and supported on a landing of a staircase middle section or a staircase upstairs section U and an installation metal K connected to the lower end sections of the upper girder 1 and lower girder 2 and supported on a staircase downstairs section D are arranged.
