PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly accelerate a vehicle again according to the intention of a driver by shifting a gear to an optimal speed gear prior to a target speed gear by a shift controller, when a judgment means judges that the speed gear is set to the optimal speed gear in the low speed side rather than the target speed gear based on the degree of the accelerating intention and vehicle load state. SOLUTION: A target speed gear set part 110 sets a target speed gear based on the input from various kinds of sensors. On the other hand, a judgment part 90 is constituted of a vehicle load calculation part 100 and an optimal speed gear decision part 120, and the optimal speed gear decision part 120 sets the optimal speed gear based on the vehicle loadαVL calculated in the vehicle load calculation part 100 and the target speed gear. A speed gear control part 130 controls a transmission to the optimal speed gear based on the output information from the optimal speed gear decision part 120 so that a drive torque larger than the ordinary target speed gear can be generated without any operation of the acceleration pedal even in a case of the vehicle load is large, when the vehicle is restarted after decelerating once and the acceleration intention is strong. |
