摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable realization of quick retreating function of a cooling air nozzle without accompanying any increase of the size and weight of a retreating mechanism to achieve the saving of a space by a method wherein the cooling air nozzle, divided into up-and-down two divisions, is provided at the upstream side of the cooling drum of molten resin. SOLUTION: A cooling air nozzle, provided at the upstream side of a cooling drum 2, is divided into up-and-down two divisions so as to be constituted of an upper air nozzle 10 and a lower air nozzle 12. The upper air nozzle 10 and the lower air nozzle 12 are provided with an arced structure, having a height, coping with the outer diameter of the cooling drum, and are constituting the cooling air nozzles having the recessed curved surface of same radius of curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the cooling drum 2. A sheet S, extruded out of the cap 1 of an extruding machine, is guided into a gap, formed between the outer peripheral surface of the cooling drum 2 and the upper air nozzle 10, and another gap, formed between the outer peripheral surface of the cooling drum 2 and the inside surface of the lower air nozzle 12, then, is cooled by air, sent out of the upper air nozzle 10 and the lower air nozzle 12.
