The system for distributing materials in the prodn. of fibreboard, chipboard, or plasterboard fortified with chips or fibres, incorproates a bunker (1) with a conveyor belt (3) and discharge shaft for the materials. A wind sifter (6) attached to the outlet shaft (5) has an inlet (7) and a bottom outlet and a filter roller (8) for coarse material. An opening at the top (9) of the wind sifter discharges the spreaded material into a pneumatic conveyor tube (10), drawn by extract fan (11) into a cyclone (12). The bottom of the latter has a filter roller (13) with a line (2) to the machine. At the top is a return line (14) which returns any remaining air from the pneumatic conveyor tube back to the wind sifter. USE/ADVANTAGE - For chipboard etc. mfr. with reliable removal of coarse material, or limps, in a continuous mfg. process. |
