The primary equipment incorporates anchor points (4) evenly distributed over the periphery of a circular formation on the seabed in an adequately large radius around the slender conduit pipe. It also incorporates cable pieces (2) in the same quantity as the anchor points, which connect the anchor points to the construction. A clamping device connects the cable pieces with the construction (1) and also imparts an initial tractive force to the cable pieces in order to limit to a minimum deformations and movements of both the construction and the cable pieces. The secondary equipment comprises a horizontal frame (5), which in a vertical direction is conductively suspended on the construction but in a horizontal direction cannot or scarcely move in relation to the construction.
