PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mechanical troubles due to adhesion of animal and plant oils and fats contained in organic wastewater by supplying the organic wastewater to a solubilization tank, heating the wastewater at a prescribed temperature to hydrolyze oils and fats, then supplying the resultant wastewater to a digestion tank, and carrying out anaerobic digestion treatment at a prescribed temperature. SOLUTION: Fluid organic wastes such as garbage, septic tank sludge, wastewater containing oils and fats such as animal and plant oils and fats are thrown to a tank 1 to precipitate and separate foreign matters which are easy to precipitate. The fluid organic wastes from which foreign matters hard to be solubilized are separated by a rough mesh screen 2a in a foreign matter separating tank 2 are supplied to a solubilization tank 3 and heated to 90-110 deg.C temperature by an attached heating apparatus and held for a prescribed period to hydrolyze organic matters in the fluid organic wastes. After that, the resultant fluid organic wastes stored in a storage tank 4 are supplied to an anaerobic digestion tank 5, upwardly fluidized by a draft tube, which is an attached gas stirring apparatus 5a, to be uniformly stirred, and after that, the liquid is kept at 30-60 deg.C temperature to decompose the organic matters by biochemical function of anaerobic bacteria.
|
