PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an inexpensive, simple, and compact device without using a high-temperature valve by moving a steam reforming catalyst to a heat accumulator for storing heat, taking out one portion of the heated catalyst, and moving it to a reforming equipment. SOLUTION: A reforming catalyst 12 is filled into a heat accumulator 1. A high-temperature exhaust gas at 700-1,000 deg.C being delivered from a heating furnace is introduced from an exhaust gas introduction port 15 at the lower part of the heat accumulator 1, thus heating the catalyst 12 to 600-900 deg.C. The heat-accumulated catalyst is moved to a reforming equipment 2 via a rotary valve 18 at the lower part of the heat accumulator 1. A reforming catalyst 13 lowers the equipment 2 and is extracted toward outside of a system via the rotary valve 19 at the lower part of the equipment 2. The reforming catalyst 13 extracted toward the outside of the system is carried to the upper part of the heat accumulator 1 by a bucket conveyor 11 that directly connects the lower part of the reforming equipment 2 to that of the heat accumulator 1 and is introduced to the heat accumulator 1 again via the rotary valve 20 for accumulating heat.
|
