<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abuse of a certificate by a person not placed in the certificate as a registrant in the certificate having a plurality of registrants described therein like a health insurance card. SOLUTION: In the case of indicating the certificate as a health insurance card, columns A1, A2,... for describing registrants' names as information for confirming the persons themselves of the persons insured and the persons supported, and columns B1, B2,..., for printing information regarding intrinsic physical features and image information of fingerprints are prepared for all the registrants on a left page 13, and the finger print information or numerical information is printed on fingerprint printing column with invisible ink. Thus, the information obtained from actual fingerprint of the person submitting such a certificate is compared with registered fingerprint information printed, and hence whether the person submitted is the registrant described in the card or not can be effectively identified, and illegal use of the certificate can be prevented.</p> |
