SOLUTION: In order to simulate the motion of the particles constituted of a first particle group and a second particle group, this system is provided with a motion condition setting means 11 for making an operator select and set the plural pieces of information relating to a generation period and the amount of the particles on a screen as the generation conditions of the particles of the first particle group and a molecule motion calculation means 22 for generating the set amount of the particles in the specified period during simulation based on the information relating to the generation period of the particles in the first particle group and the amount of the particles set in the motion condition setting means 11 and performing the calculation processing of the motion of the particles.
