<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take heavy material completely out of suspension by providing the inner surface of a mixing drum with a spiral body forming a plurality of spiral passages, extending the spiral body so as to feed charged material toward a dissolver, and providing a heavy garbage lock on the peripheral surface of the mixing drum between an inlet and an outlet. SOLUTION: Waste paper or garbage is charged in an inlet pipe 1.1, and supply water and garbage are completely mixed and pre-ground by the rotation of a mixer housing 1.2 and the action of a spiral body 1.3. Heavy garbage is carried to a heavy garbage outlet 1.5 by a flow guide plate 1.4, and a cutoff valve is opened/closed to carry the heavy garbage to a heavy garbage passage 1.6, so that heavy material can be taken out of suspension. The suspension is scooped up with a bucket, and made to fall freely and rebounded by a rotary blade so as to powerfully dissolve components, and waste paper is dissolved to individual fiber, for instance.</p> |
