PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain positive hole injection ability from a metallic electrode, durability improvement, and stability at the time of repetitively-using an element by using organic compound having a triphenylamine structure for the positive hole injection material of an organic electroluminescent element. SOLUTION: An aromatic amine compound of the expression I is obtained, for example, by reacting of a Tris (p-bromphenol) amine and a substitution aromatic diamine compound along with catalyzer, such as potassium carbonate and copper, in nitrobenzene at 200 deg.C for 50 hours. It has large positive hole injection ability, and can be used by containing it in a positive hole injection layer or a luminescent layer. In the expression represented as follows: Ar<1> to Ar<6> : aryl group, X<1> to X<6> : -O-, -S-, >C=O, >SO2 , -Si(B<1> )B<2> -, -N(B<1> )-, -PB<1> -, -P(=O)B<1> -, -(CH2 )x -O-(CH2 )y -, alkylene group, aliphatic residue (where, B<1> , B<2> : alkyl group or aryl group, x, y: integer number of 0 to 20 of x+y≠0), A: group indicated in the expression II to the expression V.
